Formtech Enterprises, Inc. will observe the following revised hours during the 2009 holiday season:

The Athens and Fairview operations will be closed:  

• CLOSED November 23 - November 27
• CLOSED December 21 - January 1

Please note that during these times, no shipments will be made and we will not be able to receive deliveries.  

To our customers: your customer service representative will be in touch to make sure that your needs are fulfilled during these times. 

The Stow office will remain open during these shutdown periods as follows:  

• OPEN Monday, November 23 and Tuesday, November 24
• OPEN Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22
• OPEN Monday, December 28, Tuesday, December 29, and Wednesday, December 30

This morning, Formtech Industries, LLC, a supplier to the automotive market based in Royal Oak, Michigan, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Some blogs releasing this news referred to Formtech Industries’s locations in Stow, OH, Bogart, GA, and Fairview, PA, which are the locations of our plants.  These locations were referred to erroneously. 

We have contacted the authors of these blogs and asked them to correct their postings.
