This morning, Formtech Industries, LLC, a supplier to the automotive market based in Royal Oak, Michigan, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Some blogs releasing this news referred to Formtech Industries’s locations in Stow, OH, Bogart, GA, and Fairview, PA, which are the locations of our plants. These locations were referred to erroneously.
This note is to remind you that we are not Formtech Industries. Formtech Enterprises, Inc. has not filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and remains a viable custom plastic extruder.
