What is your name and job title at Formtech?
Sandi Althof, Accountant/Human Resources.
What role does your job play in the Formtech process?
I make sure our vendors and employees are paid so we can continue to produce our products. And then make sure our customers are paying so we can continue to purchase supplies to produce more products.
Who do you work with on a regular basis?
Executives, Marketing, and our Production Planners at both of our facilities.
What is your proudest moment at Formtech so far?
Getting hired! This is the first job I truly enjoy coming to work for every day.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
Play with my kids and read mystery books.
What are the top 3 highlights of your life?
My wedding day and the birth of my two children.

What was your favorite childhood gift that you ever received?
The game Clue. I used to love playing that game!

The people and the range of work included in my job.
What is something people might not know about Formtech?
That it’s one of those companies that truly cares for its employees.
What are you having for dinner tonight after work?
No idea!!! Hopefully a delicious home cooked meal by my husband (who is the cook of our family).
What dessert would you have magically appear afterwards if you could pick?
Bread pudding from the Loews Tower hotel in Miami Beach. That was the best I’ve ever had!
