Good news for PP, dropping an average of six cents per pound for March, though PVC has moved up an average of two cents per pound in addition to the three cent raise we saw in January. Plastics News cites a stronger export market and limited production at some PVC plants to be major factors in the two cent rise as well as exports rising almost six percent, offsetting the one percent drop in domestic sales.
