What is your name and job title at Formtech?
Dana Gomolekoff – Process Engineer
What role does your job play in the Formtech process?
I am a “Hybrid” of Engineering, Process Improvement, Product Development, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality.
Who do you work with on a regular basis?
All departments in our organization, as well as customers and vendors.
What is your proudest moment at Formtech so far?
My first tour at Formtech was twenty four years ago at the Fairview facility. Since coming back in May to the Athens facility, meeting all the great employees and being able to contribute on a daily basis.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I like to shoot trap, skeet and sporting clays. Once in a while, I like to chase that little white ball around a golf course…
What are the top 3 highlights of your life?
Meeting and marrying my wife Susan. This August, we will celebrate thirty years of marriage. The next two would be the birth of my daughter (Megan) and son (Zachary).

What was your favorite childhood gift that you ever received?
When I was five, I received a “Metal” Tonka truck from my Godfather (Still have it!!)
What do you like best about working at Formtech?
The employees and the fact that the company really cares about their workers.
What is something people might not know about Formtech?
We are not afraid to try anything. We constantly learn and improve each year.
What are you having for dinner tonight after work?
Probably a bacon wrapped pork loin that we picked up yesterday.
What dessert would you have magically appear afterwards if you could pick?
I am not a “big” dessert person but I would not turn down a chocolate chip cookie.
